Insanity Week Seven

This week has been a little crazy. Our hot water heater went on the fritz last Monday. So because I've been watching my aunt's dogs I would go feed them in the morning, do my workout around 4 pm then go back to her house feed them dinner and take a shower (so I'd have hot water).

Let me just tell y'all, since I've been used to getting up and doing my workout the first thing in the morning, it's hard to find the motivation to do it at 4 pm! I've tried my best but I just felt tired before I even started the workout. I did my best and I feel like I am stronger than last week, but I just don't feel like this was my best week ever. I will just have to try harder the remaining two weeks.

I did get fairly good results this past week though. I'm still hoping that by my final post I will be down 10 inches. By the looks of it, I might get there!

Yay!! Two more weeks!

  1. My friend did Insanity diligently for awhile and she saw amazing results. The workouts look pretty hard so I'm nervous to try them. Good job keeping up with your workout even with the unplanned change in schedule! It's hard to change things up once you have a routine!
