Cheesy Hasselback Chicken

I was browsing through Pinterest one evening and ran across this amazing sounding chicken. I couldn't just pass it up, so I pinned it... and I actually made it. This was a simple, yet delicious variation on chicken so I had to share it. If you want to see the original recipe, you can visit it here.
4 thick boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4-6 oz deli sliced ham (cut into strips about 1" by 2")
4 slices of cheese of your preference (cut into strips about 1" by 2")
freshly ground black pepper
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees F
2. Slice slits about 1" apart in chicken breast, but do not cut all the way through the breast. You want to be able to put your strips of ham and cheese into the slits you've just cut.
3. After getting ham and cheese into slits in chicken breast, sprinkle chicken liberally with seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Place on baking sheet lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
4. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Serve and enjoy!
