Water. It's what we need to survive. Our body is made up of 55-60% water. So pretty much, we need it. But... I haven't been drinking the water I need.

I've always been one of those people who rarely drinks anything at all. I pretty much live in a state of mild dehydration. But recently I've been trying to change that. I know that if I want to have a healthy life, I need to drink my water and stay hydrated.

My co-worker had a water bottle that hold all the water I would need to drink in a day all in one bottle. I should be drinking approximately 75 ounces of water. So I fill this bottle up and drink on it throughout the day and I'm good to go.

And since I'm carrying it around with me everywhere, I decided to jazz it up a bit. I looked up how to layer vinyl and put my name on it. I mean if it's going to be your permanent accessory, you might as well have it looking cute!

My only warning/advice is to stick close to the bathroom. The first day wasn't so bad, but the second day I went to the bathroom no less than 12 times in 1 day. No kidding y'all. I had to go at least twice an hour while I was at work.

Other than that, go forth and drink your water and be healthy. I know I feel like it has improved my health since I've started downing half my weight in water!

  2. I am obsessed with water. I never wanted anything but water as a kid - I just love how it makes me feel, haha. I constantly have my Camelbak bottle at my side and refill it several times throughout the day. The bathroom part has always been the only negative... and I ALWAYS have to go, ha!

  3. I don't really keep up with all the healthy things you should look for in a water bottle and whatnot. I know my big boy is BPA free and I don't taste any plasticy taste. I got it from Walmart for around $3. But if you are looking for a more fancy one that maybe has a filter built in, I would check many of the local stores like Walmart or Target. I also believe stores like Marshalls and TJ Maxx have good deals on water bottles. I really think it depends on your price range and what you are looking for exactly.

  4. Yes! I can see why. I find the easiest time to drink a lot of my water is on my commute to and from work. I am only in the car about 10 to 15 minutes but I can drink about a third of my water for the day going each way!

  5. Yes! The bathroom part is seriously the worst part. Except, I'm a little nerdy and get excited when I pee and see that it's clear. Maybe a little TMI, but hey, at least you know you're hydrated that way! haha

  6. BPA! That's the word I was looking for. Sounds exactly like what I'm looking for. I'll have to stop by Wally World, thanks!
